Another day of bargaining.....  T/A's = current language, neither the Association nor the District had any changes proposed.  This represents 13 Articles out of 41 Articles in our Collective Bargaining Agreement

 24 - Leave of Absence - Military

 25A - Sick Leave Bank

 25B - Sick Leave - Bereavement

 29 - Travel Insurance

 30 - Worker's Comp

 32 - Other Deductions

 34 - Greivance Proceedings

 for a total of 13 Articles...

We started with Rationales and will continue with Article 11 when we meet on Tuesday, Jan 17. 

All baragaining sessions are open and if you have even 10 minutes please stop by to show your support for the bargaining team; we meet in the conference room at the 4-D Building. Go in the main doors, go upstairs, go down the hallway on the right, go nearly to the end of the hall, turn left and step down and the conference room is on the left at the end of that hallway.   Our next bargaining date is 1/17 from 5 pm to 10 pm.  Also, there is a Bargaining Calendar on the website www.kpea-kpesa.org to reference for dates in the future.
